e-culture: Houston, urgent volunteer needs for storm victims
August 31, 2005
Please distribute this information to others.
As many as 25,000 refugees from New Orleans are coming to Houston to shelter in the Astrodome. There is tremendous need for volunteers. If you are able to contribute your time, you are asked to go to the Astrodome, McNee entrance on Kirby (between Old Spanish Trail and Loop 610 South).
This effort may be needed for several weeks.
See our Katrina Recovery Resources on line for more ways to help.
