Yellowstone
Yellowstone is America's first national park and the first of it's kind in the world. In addition to cultural issues, I am intersted in the environment, as well as people who lived in these unusual settings. Because of Yellowstone's very fragile ecological balance and humans' desire to use land for fun and recreation, as well as profit, Yellowstone is ripe with environmental conflict. As a concerned citizen, I try to monitor these types of issues concerning the public lands. As a photographer who is just beginning to explore Yellowstone, I am most impressed with interesting textures and light.
