Description	Venezuelan Musical Ensemble, created in May 2002, reunites in Houston about 20 singers and music performers who have had a variety of musical experiences (music academies, symphonic chorus, Latin folk interpreters) locally and internationally. It is committed to exploring the Venezuelan musical heritage and the music of other Latin American composers while remembering the great work of composers of all genres. The ensemble performs mostly compositions for coral/choir in its vocal group configuration; however, a camera group also interprets original arrangements of instrumental compositions using traditional folk instruments.
